FAQ

01 What services does your PCB assembly company provide?

We offer a wide range of services including PCB assembly, surface mount technology (SMT) assembly, through-hole assembly, component sourcing, prototyping, testing, and box build assembly.

02 What sets your PCB assembly company apart from others?

Our company stands out due to our commitment to quality, attention to detail, and personalized service. We prioritize customer satisfaction, offer competitive pricing, and strive to exceed expectations in every aspect of our PCB assembly services.

03 Do you offer assembly from consigned components?

Absolutely! We provide assembly services whether you prefer to supply your own components (Free Issue Components) or would like us to handle component procurement on your behalf. We can accommodate a combination of both approaches as well. When providing Free Issue Components, we request that you supply them in production-ready packaging whenever possible (e.g., taped & reeled, tubes, trays, ammo packs, etc.). If we are purchasing components for your build, we leverage our strong purchasing power to ensure you receive the best possible prices

04 How do I request a quote for my PCB assembly project?

You can request a quote by filling out the online quote form here. For PCB assembly, ideally, we would like the following information

Complete set of Gerber Files: Ideally provided in RS274X format, along with a Drill File. Additionally, a profile drawing containing critical dimensions, special features, and materials used would be highly beneficial. However, we understand that this level of detail may not always be available, and we can accommodate various data presentations.

Bill Of Materials (BOM): Please provide a detailed BOM with Manufacturers Part Numbers or Catalog Cross References to ensure accurate component selection for your specific requirements.

Component Placement File(Pick and Place file): If available, please provide a Component Placement File specifying component centers and orientation.

Quantity Required: Let us know the quantity of circuits you require for your project.

Lead time Expectations: Inform us of any particular lead times we need to consider for your project.

Any Other Special Information: Feel free to provide any additional special information such as test specifications, special finishes, packaging requirements, delivery schedules, or any other relevant details.

By providing us with these details, we can accurately assess your project requirements and provide you with a comprehensive and tailored quote.

05 How quickly can I expect to receive a quote?

We understand the importance of prompt responses to our clients. In almost all cases, we aim to provide a quote within one working day of receiving your inquiry. Our team is committed to efficiency, and we typically strive to reply to inquiries within 4 hours in a working day, ensuring you receive the information you need in a timely manner.

06 What is your standard Lead Time?

Lead times are usually dictated by the availability of PCB’s and components at the time of order placement, also depending on the complexity and volume of the project.

Typically a Consigned Assembly(Kitted) would be 10 working days from Receipt of a full kit of parts whereas a fully Turnkey Assembly would be 3~5 weeks from order placement assuming no component lead times prevent this.

When we quote we will advise you of the current lead times based on the expectation of component availability.

We would prefer you to provide us with a specific date that works for you, and we will make every effort to meet that deadline. If, for any reason, meeting your requested date is not feasible, we will be transparent and inform you upfront.

Our commitment to flexibility and exceeding customer expectations is what distinguishes us from others in the industry.

07 Do you offer expedited or rush assembly services?

Yes, we offer expedited assembly services for urgent projects. Please mention your specific timeline requirements when requesting a quote, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. If, for any reason, meeting your requested date is not feasible, we will be transparent and inform you upfront.

08 Can you handle specialized requirements or unique projects?

Yes, we have experience in handling specialized requirements and unique projects. Our team of skilled engineers and technicians can work closely with you to develop custom

09 What types of testing do you perform on PCB assemblies?
